Designed to automatically detect the presence of a leak throughout a building's water supply
Our BREEAM Compliant Water Leak Detection Systems have been designed to help you achieve BREEAM credits. They are cable of automatically detecting the presence of a leak throughout a building’s water supply. Once an abnormal high flow rate is detected an alarm will be raised.
When a BREEAM assessor conducts a successful evaluation, our Water Leak Detection Systems will assist you in earning the following WAT credits:
In-use (existing) buildings:
- WAT01 – water monitoring (6 credits)
- WAT07 – leak detection system (4 credits)
- WAT08 – Leak prevention (2 credits)
New building projects:
- WAT02 – water monitoring (one credit)
- WAT03 – water leak detection (2 credits)
