CMR Electrical: Our Return Policy for Refunds and Returns

At CMR Electrical Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Understanding Our Return Policy

To initiate a return, please email sales@cmrelectrical.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return

We will then provide you with a returns number, which must be included with your returned items.

Non-Faulty/Unwanted Goods

If your purchase is unsuitable or no longer required, you may request a return for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
• A 50% handling fee will be applied to all non-faulty returns, due to all of our goods being made to order.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
• Courier fees are non-refundable, unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Items must be unused, unmarked, unassembled, and in their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• All goods that are returned will be inspected and tested before refund is issued.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage or faults must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Warranty Claims

If an item develops a fault within its warranty period, please contact us before returning it. We may require:

• Photographs
• Additional details to help us process your return efficiently.

Important Notes

• Labour charges for the installation or removal of faulty/incorrect parts will not be reimbursed.
• In some cases, we may direct you to the manufacturer’s warranty process.
• If you request a refund instead of a replacement, we will process this once the item is received and confirmed as faulty.
• If no fault is found, we may recover courier costs and expenses, or apply a restocking charge.
