Designed to turn off the water flow during non-occupied periods in areas such as changing rooms, WC, or any wet area thereby limiting the risk of water damage or wasted water due to leaks and cistern overflow.

The system consists of an infra-red controller and one or more motorised ball valve. The BPIR is designed to turn off the water flow during non-occupied periods in areas such as changing rooms, WC, or any wet area thereby limiting the risk of water damage or wasted water due to leaks, taps being left On or toilet cistern overflow. The system operates by opening the water valves, allowing water to flow into the protected area when a person enters the room and turns off when the system senses that the room has been unoccupied for a preset period of time. Valve sizes between 15mm to 32mm can be fitted and up to three valves can be controlled. Any number sensors can be used to ensure full coverage.
